Jumping up and down about this one! GOd is so good. We have been praying for Gov. Perry to veto this bill. <br /><br />I agree with the need to write better regulations to have the intended effect: to remove children from homes that warrant it. <br /><br />My nephews were removed from their mother&#39;s home because she was very abusive and suicidal and have now been placed with my brother, but even with all that CPS was very difficult to work with. <br /><br />Keep up the good work THSC! They took our children illegally and then told lies to cover it up. It almost landed our son in prison due to out cries of rape made by CPS and not by our children. Our girls has told CPS and their psycologist that there was no such occurance and yet they still keep our children. It has been over a year and because we would not sign the paper that stated the lies they have refused to let us see our children. <br />So again, thank you. This bill was a clarification of what CPS could or could not do.
