This seems to be about passing yet another law to create yet another income stream for local governments via fines. People need to wake up to the fact that we are all loosing our rights in this country an inch at a time and our money a couple hundred bucks at a time with this kind of insanity. This has been a huge education for me personally about the importance of getting involved in local politics. I can't imagine what it is like at the state level . . . they must just make up their minds and then the heck with facts, figures, direct quotes, existing state statutes . . . here's to liberty and justice FOR ALL!!!
